HOW DO I JOIN?
1. Please complete Carlsbad Water Polo's NEW PLAYER FORM
2. Player Information form must be on file to participate.
3. Once your form is complete, please EMAIL or hand it to your coach.
4. Can I join even if the session has already started? Yes.

- Participants are welcome to join at any time during a session!
- Please pay prior to start of a session.
- A $25 late fee will be added for payments made 7 days after a session starts.

USA WATER POLO MEMBERSHIP
1. USA Water Polo (USAWP) ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP.
2. Our code is 1634.
3. Carlsbad Water Polo session dues are separate from USA Water Polo annual membership fees. Both are required after committing to a team.
4. Your player is required to have a USA Water Polo Silver or Gold level membership to participate in games or tournaments.

TOURNAMENT FEES
Games and tournaments are separate charges ranging from $50-$125.
